What counts as a submission?
Each time a user submits a form, it counts as one submission. Failed submissions and spam that is filtered out do not count.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
We'll notify you at 80% usage. If you exceed your limit, new submissions will be rejected until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Do you offer annual billing?
